A native of Burlington, North Carolina, Dr. Hall is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the Bowman Gray School of Medicine. Following residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia, Dr. Hall served on staff at the Naval Regional Medical Center at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina. He joined the medical practice in Salisbury in 1980. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Hall and his wife, Charlotte, have two sons.
James A. Murphy

Dr. Murphy, a native of Virginia, graduated from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and from Eastern Virginia Medical School where he completed his Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has special interest in gynecological oncology and high-risk obstetrics. Joining Carolina Women's Health in 1996, he is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Murphy and his wife, Natalie, have four children.
Gayle Singleton-Yatawara

Dr. Yatawara, a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia, is a graduate of Old Dominion University with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Biochemistry. She graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School where she also completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Yatawara joined Carolina Women's Health Associates in 1998. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Yatawara and her husband, Chanaka, have two daughters and live in Salisbury.
Jessica Blumenthal

Dr. Blumenthal, a native of Pennsylvania, is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Biochemistry. A graduate from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, Dr. Blumenthal completed an internship at the University of California, Los Angeles and her Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, California. Dr. Blumenthal joined Rowan OB/GYN Assoc. in 2000. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Blumenthal and her husband, Rob, live in Salisbury. She has twin boys.
Scott Stahle
Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Stahle is an Ohio native and completed his undergraduate degree at Miami University in Chemistry. He attended medical school at Wright State University in Dayton and completed residency training at University of Vermont. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has a special interest in Vulvodynia and Laparoscopy. He came to the practice in January, 2007 after almost 10 years practicing in Lexington. He and his wife Mary have two daughters.
